Shipping
Every Talush Art piece is handcrafted with intention, and we want its journey to you to feel just as considered. This page explains how and where we ship, delivery timelines, and what to expect once you place your order.
Processing Time
Each order is prepared with care before it leaves the studio.
- Standard processing time:Â [2-5 business days]
- Made-to-order / custom pieces:Â [5-14 business days]
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from our studio in Sde Warburg, Israel to:
- Domestic orders:Â All of Israel
- International orders: Europe, North America, and selected countries worldwide
If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at tal@dekkers.net and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a special shipment.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the pieces in your cart.
Typical options include:
- Standard shipping – Estimated delivery in 5-8 after dispatch
- Express shipping – Estimated delivery in 2-5 after dispatch (where available)
You will see the exact cost for each option before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey
If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at tal@dekkers.net
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once it reaches your country.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Packaging
Each Talush Art piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully:
- Protective wrapping to keep your artwork secure
- Thoughtful, minimal packaging that is recyclable, reusable
- Gift-ready presentation for many items, especially from The Paper Atelier and our home décor collections
If you’re sending a gift, you can add a note at checkout and we’ll include it in the parcel.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing for international orders
If your order seems delayed:
- First, check your tracking link for updates.
- If there is no movement for 5 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking code at tal@dekkers.net, and we’ll help investigate.
Wrong Address or Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to you.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at tal@dekkers.net with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
Damaged or Missing Items
We want every piece to arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing:
- Email us at tal@dekkers.net within 2 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
We’ll review your case and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Returns & Exchanges

- Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed error on our side or a damaged item.
